David thoroughly appreciated socializing with family and friends. To highlight David’s love for life, laughter and friendship,  the Grubbs will host a “night out” benefit.

David had a passion for golf and greatly enjoyed the sport. Since his death in 2003, the Grubbs family and friends have hosted a golf tournament in his memory. Proceeds from the golf tournament support the giving efforts of his foundation and touch the lives of children in need of care.

The David H. Grubbs Memorial Foundation, Inc. facilitates medical care and caretaking of children in need of medical assistance through the planning, organizing and administering of fundraising activities. Proceeds from all Foundation events go to help improve the quality of life of disadvantaged or sick children.
