The David H. Grubbs Memorial Foundation, Inc. facilitates medical care and caretaking of children in need of medical assistance through the planning, organizing and administering of fundraising activities. Proceeds from all Foundation events go to help improve the quality of life of disadvantaged or sick children.

Established in memory of David, a beloved son, brother, uncle and friend.
